The Platform operates as an informational service and is not the author, publisher, or rights holder of the materials made available, nor does it assign or transfer any intellectual property rights to the works. Upon receipt of a properly submitted notice of a potential intellectual property infringement, the Platform applies the Notice & Takedown procedure.

Your notice must contain sufficient information to identify the material and to verify your rights. Access to the material may be temporarily restricted during the review process, after which appropriate measures will be taken. Notices lacking sufficient information may be left without action.
